Rental Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in Highland Hills Apartments. Before filling out an
application for rental housing, please read the following guidelines.

Each applicant who is 18 years of age or older must pass our screening criteria.
This screening includes evictions and arrest inquiries, credit checks, and landlord
references.

Corporate policy requires that no resident pay more than 35% of their gross
income towards rent. Any application that indicates the household would pay
more than 35% towards rent will be considered ineligible.

Therefore;

Two bedroom rent is $1,575, including heat and hot water.
Minimum income required for a two bedroom unit is $54,000.
The income required is per year, per household.

Three bedroom rent is $1,845, including heat and hot water
Minimum income required for a three bedroom unit is $63,257..
The income required is per year, per household. .
